Bluescroll, Inc. (“StorageHero,” “we,” “us”) operates the StorageHero service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

SMS / Text Messaging

When you sign in to StorageHero we use your mobile phone number to send a one-time passcode (OTP) by SMS so we can verify your identity. You provide your number and request a code by entering it on our sign-in screen; this is the point at which you consent to receive that verification text from StorageHero.

• What we send: transactional one-time login/verification codes. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to this number.
• Message frequency: varies — typically one message each time you sign in or verify your identity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
• We never sell or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the service.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subprocessors (for example, our SMS delivery provider) solely to send the verification messages you request. See our Terms of Service for the SMS program terms.
