Getting Started

Sign up on storagehero.io or download the app. Pay a one-time $15 activation fee. A Vessel — our smart container with GPS tracking and an electronic lock — gets delivered right to your door by a courier.

Storing

Pack your stuff in the Vessel. Close the lid and tap the NFC ring on your phone to lock it securely. Open the app, hit dispatch, and a courier picks it up. Your container is taken to a secure partner storage location — no driving, no padlocks, no dusty hallways.

Months of Peace

Your container is GPS tracked 24/7. The electronic lock keeps it secure at all times. Check on it anytime from the app — see its location, battery level, and status. We monitor everything so you don't have to.

Retrieval

Need your stuff back? Open the app and tap retrieve. A courier brings your container to your door, usually the same day. Unpack what you need. When you're done, dispatch it back to storage with another tap.

Cancellation

If you ever want to stop, you get a 14-day grace period. Retrieve your items, return all Vessels, and your subscription ends cleanly. No hidden fees, no surprises. Just straightforward storage.
